Monthly Reflections (#44) ~ August

Photobucket

Monthly Reflections, where we take the time to reflect on the previous month.

My August Goals...

Read at least 12 books total
Including 5 NetGalley books

Books read:

My thoughts on August:

I ended up exceeding both of my goals and read 16 books, including 9 NetGalley ones! Considering I had another very busy month, I'm so happy with that!

Looking ahead:

I've been really lazy with blogging this summer and I'm going to try and get back into it this month. Look for Weekly Giveaway Link-up to start again and, hopefully, Weekend Wrap-Up, too! :D I also have a ton of reviews to post, just need to get around to setting up the posts.

My goals for September:

Finished 14 books
Including 7 NetGalley books
Post at least 6 reviews

Books I'm hoping to read in September:

I finished Through Waters Deep today and a few of the other books I started before this month, but I'm hoping to finally finish them all before the end of September.

Now it's your turn! What did you accomplish in August, what do you hope to accomplish in September?

  2. A very nice list! I haven't read any of the books you've read, although I do have The Lost Heiress on my list of to-reads for sometime before the end of the year. I filled out the Reflections too, my 2nd time in a row. :)

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
